Bobby Judy may sound like the name of a NASCAR driver, and he does have a Corvette, but Bobby is actually our favorite painter! We've been working with Bobby for 15 years. He helps buyers personalize their new homes and then gets them ready for sale with fresh, neutral paint. What do we like best? Daniel Dorchester of Multi-Family Flooring is our go-to flooring guy. He and his wife Wendy bought a home with Dede years ago and remained friends. Daniel is the local company's head sales manager, and he's knowledgeable on all products (carpet, wood, laminate, LVP, tile, etc). He's often the first vendor we call when prepping a house for sale, and he always makes our clients top priority.
FLOORING
You’ve heard of joy-sparking Marie Kondo, but we’ve got our own master of organization. Amy Scarella started Purge, Pack, Move! to rescue people from the tornado of too much stuff. She’s our secret weapon for preparing listings to sell and often pays for herself with the money she makes you selling unwanted furniture on Marketplace. Amy will restore order to the chaos (and the closets).
ORGANIZER
Juan Lopez of Lopez Outdoor Service is our go-to landscaper. Lauren met Juan through a neighbor, and he's been handling her yard maintenance and one time clean-ups for our sellers ever since. We've had him tackle small yard grooming, major haul-aways, and everything in between. He offers tree trimming and removal, stump grinding, pine straw, irrigation, sod and planting. LANDSCAPING
Corey Mitchell is the Owner/Operator of Soft Touch Pressure Washing LLC. He has been making homes sparkle for more than 10 years, and B.V. uses him for her rentals. Corey has a unique soft wash process that eliminates risk of damage to the property. He recommends yearly service to keep your home in top cosmetic condition.
