Vanessa is a 4th generation Charlestonian. She attended First Baptist Church School and the University of South Carolina. Vanessa joined The Dede & B.V. Team in 2015 after a 7-yr banking career and purchasing her first home with B.V. as her agent! Her banking background affords her a unique analytical skill set that is the ideal overlay for working with real estate investors. She even worked exclusively for a national investor on volume purchases and nerds out over numbers. Vanessa truly enjoys helping out-of-state buyers relocate to the award winning city where she was born and raised. You'll first notice her charm, but don't underestimate her competence and fierce negotiating skills.
